Among our services we do provide House Hunting Services.
For House Hunting we mean doing Drive-by searches within
our Service Area as well
as make appointments with other Real Estate offices and
take you there for showings.
This service has a minimal service cost of $300 for
up to 3 Properties per day
or a 4 Hours trip. $150 per additional property or per
hour per day will be charged if
more showings or time is required.
Total amount paid for a day will be reimbursed
at closing
if you buy or lease thru us one of the properties shown
on a one day trip.
Service works on a Pre-Paid system.
Sorry but, No
reimbursements for cancellations
5 Days before scheduled trip.
- Please send by Email which properties you want to see,
or if
there are no specific selections and you
prefer to go House Hunting, tell us
your schedule. Service is specifically for Property
Showings. No Tourism Guides.
There are NO Charges for One or Two
regular Showings on Pre-Screened
and/or
Pre-qualified properties.
